Year 12 Graduation Information

  • Practise for the Graduation Ball will be held at the Exservicemen’s Club on Sunday 22nd November at 10 am sharp. Students are requested to meet at the front doors with Mr Hicks. I would like everyone to attend.
  • Last day for ticket sales are this Friday 6th November if you wish to purchase additional tickets can do so on Monday 9th November.
  • The photographer has decided to extend the deadline to order photos to Friday 13th November 2009. Students will be told when the DVDs are ready for collection via this web page.
  • Boys who haven’t organised their suits had better do that now.
  • Any problems please ring me at Wade High School.

  • Graduation Ball Times – Saturday 28th November 2009

 

    1. 9 am at the Ex-servicemen’s Club. Parents will be decorating the hall.

      Volunteers will be needed. They can contact Mrs Williams on    69626867 if you are willing to assist.

 

2.   Photos will be taken at the Regional Theatre. Students are requested to be there by 3pm. Click here to download the Photography Order Form. Those students who have ordered flowers will receive them at this time.

 

3.   A bus will take the students back to the club at the completion of the photos.

 

4.   A private room has been organised with light refreshments for the students on arrival at the club. You will be met by Mr Hicks.

 

·        Arrival of guests at 6 pm to be seated by 6.30 pm prior to the presentation of students.

 

·        Students will be individually introduced to the guests.

 

·        The meal will commence once this has taken place.

 

·        Speeches will follow the meal.

 

·        Parents should be aware that after the speeches students will dance with their mother/father to a specially selected song.

 

·        Throughout the evening the Photographer will be taking photos. Attached to this information sheet is an order form for those who wish to purchase photos.

 

·        At the completion of the formal part of the evening, parents, friends, teachers and students may enjoy the party and dance on.
