Searching Newspapers

 Most newspapers will provide access only to the most recent issues. To find and retrieve material from their archives go to:

•  Newstext: http://www.newstext.com.au/

         This indexes papers such as the Australian, Telegraph, Courier Mail

•  Newsstore archives: http://newsstore.smh.com.au/apps/newsSearch.ac?/index.html

         This indexes the Fairfax papers, such as the Sydney Morning Herald

Copy the author/ article title/ newspaper/ date of the article and give the details to the teacher librarian to purchase.
